Lazy Hammock wrote this track 2 days after the brutal murder of George Floyd. She felt so incensed and sad at the loss of yet another black man at the hands of the police that she wanted to write something to express her pain. She chose to leave it as an instrumental to give the listener space to pause, process and reflect.
